We have our updated or COVID Procedures.
Covid Exposure Procedure for Students:
The SHEEP procedure for a positive test result to COVID includes but is not limited to the following steps.
If anyone tests positive for Covid and has just attended SHEEP, you must follow these steps.
If a student test positive for Covid after attending SHEEP:
The Campus Manager will follow these steps:
a. Contact the SHEEP Board.
b. Contact the teacher of a positive student via email.
c. Contact families whose student was in a class with someone who tested positive via email.
If any student tests positive for covid after attending classes, those classes will not be canceled. However, if any student who attended the class has any symptoms they must stay home from SHEEP until zero symptoms and fever free for 24 hours.
It is the policy of SHEEP that for the privacy of our families, names will be withheld from emails when notifying families of exposure. The SHEEP Board reserves the right to change this policy as needed to best keep SHEEP and SHEEP families safe.
We know the CDC changes policies almost daily. We at SHEEP will keep the above policies unless we notify you otherwise.
