Covid Policy
• SHEEP, its Board members, or Summerville Church of Christ are not responsible for any illness picked up from while attending any SHEEP classes or activities.
• Parents will need to send a labeled water bottle for their students, as water fountains will not be used.
• You will not send your child to SHEEP if anyone has been sick in your household in the last 24 hours
• We will have temperature checks when children arrive, if they have a temperature over 100.4 you will take them home. After a temperature check has been done each person will get a disposable wrist band to wear for the day.
• SHEEP must have two phone numbers where we can contact you or someone who can pick them up in case your child gets sick on campus. If your child gets sick you must be able to immediately come and take your child home. Please list two phone numbers. Ex. Mom 843-555-7878 and Aunt Liz 843-555-1212
• Children will not share food with any other child. Everyone must cover mouth when coughing or sneezing. Everyone is highly encouraged to use hand sanitizer often if not sensitive to the products available. If Child is sensitive please send something with your child to use.
• Masks are recommended but not required
• A badge on a lanyard will be worn with student name, schedule, and emergency contact number. Lanyards must be worn by all students while on campus. There will be a lost fee to replace the name badge. Name badge will be picked up by students in their first class from their teachers.
• Pay online whenever possible. This will keep contact to a minimum at the front desk and payment desk. If you need help using PayPal or the sheep website payment please let us know and Betsy Gorrell or Susan Reece will be happy to walk you through the process. Email Betsy Gorrell or Susan Reece about payment questions so we will not have a line in the foyer. If you must make payment in person come while classes are in session and not during change of class times
