Course Description:
This course uses Considering God's Creation by Susan Mortimer and Betty Smith, which provides a creative in-depth encounter with natural science from a biblical perspective. Interesting hands on activities will increase the students' understanding of and appreciation for God's creation. This year we will cover the first half of the book and will focus on the days of creation, the solar system, the earth, rocks and minerals, weather, and plants. The text for this class does not need to be purchased.
