I will purchase this book for you with your materials fees. Your student will receive this book at parent orientation or on the first day of class. A pen or pencil to write with in class.
Course Description: Students will begin to learn and develop their skill in the Structure and Style Writing Method of IEW while learning about our community helpers. Parents need to be available to help students with weekly homework, discussion, and review. Parental participation will be essential for your students to make progress in this class. Students must have access to a printer to copy weekly check-lists for assignments. Students will earn tickets each week by completing writing assignments. These tickets will be used to participate in a semi-annual auction (at Christmas break and at the end of the school year.) Parents are asked to assist with providing articles for auction.
