Course Description: Road Trip USA is an amazing curriculum to help your child learn all about the USA. We will learn about all 50 states, including state symbols, US Presidents, famous people, landmarks, historical events and so much more. The states are divided into regions; Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and finishing up in the Western Region. We will cover 2 states each week.
Some topics included in this curriculum - Geographic Locations, State Symbols, State Capitals and Abbreviations, Mapping & Atlas Skills, Famous Landmarks, US Presidents, The Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Revolutionary War, Underground Railroad, Civil War, Pioneers, Westward Expansion, Native Americans, Review Games and State Puzzles.
