This interactive course, designed for high schoolers, will serve as an introduction to the world of computers and digital productivity. We will learn how to use computers and the Internet as valuable tools without allowing them to control our existence. We will also learn how to keep the human network in the forefront as we learn to use common productivity applications individually and collaboratively.
The course will loosely follow the outline for the IC3: Internet and Computing Core Certification. Highly motivated students will use the course textbook to prepare themselves for this entry level certification.
