Course Description: This course will focus on teaching physical activity that leads to a healthy lifestyle. Students will work on motor skills as well as focus on individual improvement in areas such as cardiovascular exercise, strength and endurance. It will include individual activities as well as team activities. Appropriate clothing and tennis shoes will be required.
