This class requires parental involvement. Parents are expected to help their students with their weekly homework. Consistent parental involvement and communication with me are extremely important for student success in this class. Parents are expected to have access to google classroom and be able to check the platform for posted assignments and announcements. A parent meeting will be scheduled prior to the first day of class and parent attendance is paramount.
Student work is assessed based on checklists for each assignment. Grades will be calculated based on the points earned from each checklist. Periodic vocabulary quizzes will also be given.
