Important FAQs
- Enrollment must be done with one child's name in the name line with a quantity of 1.
- If you want to enroll multiple children in the same class, please fill out the form twice, once for each child for that class. We will not see the second child enrolled on our end.
- Please do not use these characters & () @ or other symbols when enrolling as our system does not support them.
- Placing a class in your cart does not guarantee you that spot.
- You may find classes missing when you check out if all the available spots have been sold.
- We recommend that you place your most important classes in your cart and check out ASAP and then purchase the remainder of your classes afterwards.
- If you have a priority seating spot or Musical Theatre spot, those are reserved for you and cannot be sold out from under you.
- If your class is sold out, please fill out our WAITLIST FORM, as we work to place students in classes as openings come available.
- Choose classes carefully. Read course descriptions carefully before you choose.
- Enrollment fees are due when you enroll in classes. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Please check course description carefully before you enroll in classes.
- We are not a peanut or other allergy free facility. If you child has dietary needs, please contact your teachers directly.
- You must fill out the three Enrollment Forms here before you can enroll in classes.
- Your website registration will be verified/approved after we have your three enrollment forms.
- You must have a PayPal account to enroll in classes.
- One Time Material Fees are due July 1st.
- You may pay these at any time HERE.
- Type in your child’s name and classes you are paying for in the “Child’s Name” space.
- You can calculate your fees before receiving your invoice by looking at the course descriptions and adding together the One Time Material Fees for each class you've enrolled in and adding the $12 administration fee.
- You will be sent an invoice with your total a week before the fees are due and this will be your only reminder. If you do not pay by the 1st week in July, we will drop you from your classes.

- Please check your email often. Not replying to SHEEP emails from SHEEP teachers, accounting or admins can lead to dismissal from SHEEP.
- Based on previous behavioral patterns, a teacher can decline a student’s enrollment in their class.
